1. Order Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Fridays or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
- We do not ship or deliver packages on Sundays or federal holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders. Arrives in 3 to 5 business days.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.
- This email will contain your unique tracking number(s) which will become active within 24 hours.
4. Damages and Lost Packages
- We fully insure all shipments against damage or loss during transit.
- If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, then contact our customer support team immediately.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada.
- We safely deliver to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses using Standard Shipping options only.
